Position - Penetration Tester / Red Teamers

Key Responsibilities:Depending on your years of experience



  • Own client projects, ensuring clear communication and timely results.
  • Act as the main point of contact, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Conduct Penetration Testing & Vulnerability Analysis:Identify and document security weaknesses across networks, applications, and physical environments. Produce report for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Red Team Engagements:Participate in advanced red team simulations, including social engineering and privilege escalation tactics. Identify gaps and recommend actionable security improvements.



What We're Looking For: Technical Skills:


  • You must have a solid foundation in key areas such as programming, Operating system, databases, and networks, and be able to give clear confident answers in line with your years of experience.
  • Proficiency inPythonfor automation and tool development
  • Strong understanding ofLinux/Windowssystems, security tools, and command-line navigation
  • Expertise inBurp Suitefor web application security testing,Nmapand enumeration tools for network scanning,Active Directoryanalysis and tools likeImpacketfor privilege escalation.
  • OSCP, CRT, and examples of extracurricular activity such as HTB, CTF.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with clients.
  • You must hold a relevant university degree.
