Basic salary up to £45,000 (Based on Experience & Qualifications) OTE £52,000+ through bonus Location: Luton Area Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Full-Time, 30-minute lunch)

A well-established and professionally run accident repair centre in the Luton area is looking to recruit an experienced Panel Technician to join their busy team. This is a great opportunity for a time-served and skilled technician who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs.

3+ years’ experience in panel repair (essential)ATA accreditation preferred but not essential for experienced, fully qualified candidatesConfident in bonding, welding, and use of body jigsExcellent eye for detail and qualityTeam player who can also work independentlyAwareness of Health & Safety in a bodyshop environmentPositive, professional attitude with strong work ethicIf you're a dedicated Panel Technician looking for a full-time, stable role in a friendly and well-equipped accident repair centre, this could be the perfect move for you.
