We are currently seeking an IT Coordinator looking to progress their learning and career to a management level in line with our UK growth plans over the next 2-5 years.

About the Role:
As the IT Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and optimisation of our manufacturing and Commercial Systems Network. You will work across the full scope of the UK site being supported by our International and Group teams based in France.

Key responsibilities:
• Maintain and upgrade servers, networks, hardware and workstations on the site.
• Participate in the analysis and development of the company's IT projects, across the operational and functional departments.
• Act as a relay for the company's IT strategy and standards to users, in terms of training, awareness and use.
• Maintain and support the continuous improvements in cybersecurity prevention systems.
• Manage crisis situations, which may involve complex technical system, hardware or software problems.
• Provide advice to senior managers on future investment in IT systems and processes and contribute to organisational policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning.
• Identify training needs on IT tools and develop and deliver on site training.
• Work with the Group to apply the IT strategy and implement UK and International information systems projects.

About You:
• Passionate about maintaining a secure information system across complex operations.
• Attentive to detail with the ability to present the root cause of an issue to drive solutions.
• Articulate in verbal and written communication appropriate to your audience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Adaptable to different types of manufacturing IT systems.
• Driven by continuous improvements for information systems for all users and for personal development.
• Calm and methodical in approaching unfamiliar or crisis situations.
• A relevant IT / Systems Information qualification equivalent to BTEC Higher National Diploma (HND) / Level 4 Apprenticeship (or currently at level 3 and prepared to develop to level 4) – Equivalent practical experience in a previous IT / Systems Information role would also be considered in the absence of any formal qualifications.

Location: Milton Keynes
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
Salary: £32,500 - £37,000 per annum
Benefits: Bonus - Up to 6% per annum, Life Assurance - Up to 4 x annual salary beneficiary payment, Company Pension available with your contribution at 3% and our contribution at 7%
