Modern Workplace Engineer

We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Modern Workplace Engineer to take ownership of our Microsoft 365 environment, Windows Server infrastructure, and end-user device management across Windows and macOS.

This is more than a support role - it’s a strategic engineering opportunity to shape how we work. You’ll evaluate our clients current setup, implement best practices, drive automation, and deliver a seamless, secure experience for users in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimise our Microsoft 365 estate, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID

Improve and support our Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and macOS environments

Lead end-user device management using tools like Intune

Guide secure implementation of Microsoft Copilot and readiness for AI adoption

Communicate clearly with users and provide training and support as we evolve our tech stack

Drive continuous improvement and act as a trusted voice in how we manage workplace technology

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing a Microsoft 365 estate

Strong technical background in Windows Server, Windows Desktop, and macOS

Experience with Intune or similar endpoint management tools

Self-motivated, solution-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership

Excellent communication skills and a user-first approach to IT

Nice to Have

Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert

Apple certifications

Experience with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance tools

Familiarity with ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks

Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)

Awareness of secure deployment practices for Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tools
