The role will involve supporting tenders, managing programmes on live projects, and mentoring a small planning team.

You’ll be working across projects typically involving:

• Specialist environments including labs and hospitals

Role/Responsibilities:

• Produce fully integrated MEP programmes including design, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover stages

• Manage client-facing planning responsibilities including programme agreement and progress reporting

• Lead progress meetings with project teams and stakeholders

• Coach and develop Assistant Planners and Planners within the business

• Ensure planning documentation aligns with NEC3 contract requirements

The ideal candidate:

• Experienced in planning M&E packages for complex building services projects

• Proficient in Asta PowerProject (Primavera P6 experience is also helpful)

• Strong communicator — comfortable dealing with client teams and internal stakeholders

• Has worked on healthcare or lab-based schemes (NHS, R&D, clean rooms, etc.)

• Can support both pre-construction and live delivery phases

• Understands how planning impacts project success — commercially and operationally

In return, they offer:

• Competitive basic salary + car allowance and package

• Healthy pipeline of secured projects across London and SE

• Responsibility from day one — with support when you need it

• Clear progression opportunities within a successful and well-structured team

• Flexible working options

• Strong, stable leadership team who invest in their people

If you’re an experienced Planner in the building services world and want to join a business that values your input and gives you space to lead — get in touch in confidence or apply to find out more

Cyber Security Jobs Salary Calculator 2025: Check Your Market Value in Seconds

Why yesterday’s pay survey no longer protects you. “Could I earn more at a managed SOC?” “Is that fintech’s offer really competitive?” Every UK cyber‑security professional asks some version of those questions—usually after another colleague lands a pay rise, a recruiter sends a tempting JD, or a fresh breach makes headline news. Yet salary guides published even last year feel as out‑of‑date as a forgotten antivirus signature. Since 2024, ransomware gangs switched to double‑extortion, deepfake phishing exploded, & the EU’s NIS2/DORA regulations bled into UK contracts despite Brexit. With each shift, salary bands move. To cut through stale averages, CybersecurityJobs.tech distilled a three‑factor formula that lets you estimate a realistic 2025 salary in under a minute. Feed in your role, your UK region, & your seniority level. The output arms you with data‑driven leverage for your next appraisal, job application, or freelance rate card. This article explains the formula, reveals the forces pushing cyber pay ever higher, & outlines five practical moves to boost your market value within ninety days.
