We're looking for amarketing operations manager with a bias towards project management and automationto manage, streamline and optimise the execution of our marketing campaigns, delivery against company goals and ensure we deliver more efficiently at scale. What you will be doing:

  • Create detailedtimelineswithtasks and milestonesfor all marketing team campaigns, quarterly goals and projects 

  • Coordinate the end-to-end execution of multiple marketing programmes, including campaigns, asset creation, translations, asset & website creation and reporting in a high-paced environment 

  • Proactivelyhold team members accountable for deliverables, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope. 

  • Set upcampaign and content workflows, schedules, and automation using a mix of different tools toensure timely and quality deliveryof marketing programmes on budget. 

  • Continuouslyoptimise internal processes,automation and ways of workingto ensure maximumefficiency and qualityoutput 

  • Support Partner Marketing, DemGen and RevOps activities such as campaign performance analysis, list management, lead scoring, HubSpot automation and reporting, 

  • Support VP Marketing in setting budgets, tracking spend and reporting on ROI with the finance team 



What you bring to the table:

  • You have 5+ years of experience incampaign operations, marketing automation, or similar roles. 

  • You’re proficient inAsana, Jira, HubSpot, Microsoft 

  • Youlead with curiosity, open to trying new tools that improve efficiency 

  • You haveexcellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  • You’re a clear communicator and natural collaborator with the ability to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders
