What you’ll achieve:

As Vice President of Product Management at Outseer, you will lead, inspire, and develop a talented team to create impactful products that drive business growth and solidify our position as an industry leader. Acting as a product strategy thought partner to the CTO, you will bring a relentless focus to aligning technical innovation with market demands, ensuring priorities remain clear and high-quality solutions are delivered at speed.

In this role, you will excel as an Outcome Strategist, driving strategic alignment and thoughtful prioritization to achieve exceptional results. With a strong focus on fraud detection and prevention, prior experience in the fraud domain is a key requirement. You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to align roadmaps with business objectives, harness market insights, and deliver a seamless end-to-end product experience that drives meaningful impact.

  • Inspire, Lead, and Grow:The Vice President of Product Management at Outseer inspires, leads, and nurtures a talented team of product management professionals, fostering creativity and innovation to bring products to life in meaningful way for our industry.
  • Point of View:Demonstrates expertise in the domain by understanding industry trends, challenges, and competitive opportunities, applying this knowledge to shape strategic initiatives.
  • Shape Product Strategy:Leverages expertise in product design, operational leadership, fraud management, and people management to help shape Outseer’s product strategy, ensuring software is developed at high velocity and meets top-quality standards. Ensure alignment between product priorities, roadmaps, and the needs of the financial and fraud prevention market.
  • Deliver a Great End-to-End Experience:Apply your deep understanding of fraud prevention to create products that address market needs. Ensures consistently excellent end-to-end experience for all personas relying on Outseer’s software, contributing to business growth and success.
  • Product Expertise:Acts as an expert user of Outseer’s products, ensuring a world-class experience that effectively addresses the needs of all users.
  • Build and Scale Teams:Builds and scales a world-class team of product managers and leaders, defining and executing product strategy through them.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Collaborates with key partners and stakeholders, including architecture, Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Services, to define product direction and continue building innovative, customer-loved products.
  • Foster a Collaborative Culture:Inspires and motivates the product management team while embodying Outseer’s values of a welcoming, diverse, collaborative, and inclusive work environment.
  • Understand Strategic Value:Deeply understands the market opportunity and strategic value of Outseer’s product offerings, using this insight to define KPIs and growth plans for the organization.
  • Manage Tough Decisions:Lead through ambiguity and change, making difficult decisions to ensure alignment with business priorities, especially around resource allocation and strategic pivots.
  • Customer-Centric Focus:Partners with the Services team to ensure customer satisfaction, addressing concerns in a timely manner and driving product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure High-Quality Delivery:Oversees the efficient delivery of high-quality products on time and within budget, maintaining a focus on operational excellence.
  • Define Roles and Responsibilities:Establishes clear roles and responsibilities within the team to enable efficient decision-making and a balanced approach to strategic goals, customer needs, and product quality.
  • Growth – Oriented Strategy:Continuously highlighting the need for data-driven decision-making to capture and leverage market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering leadership:to challenge assumptions, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between product vision and technical execution. Partner with engineering teams to implement processes that balance innovation with delivery speed while maintaining technical excellence and reliability.
  • Change Management:experience with change management frameworks and how to methodically effect change in people, process or systems using sound change management principles and a project management mindset.

Desired Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required / MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 15+ years in senior product management leadership roles, including managing leaders, and recent experience in the B2B Fraud or Payments SaaS industry.
  • Prior experience in the real-time fraud detection and prevention, authentication and cybersecurity domains is required.
  • Lead a high-performing, globally distributed team supporting the Product Management practices working with engineering teams using Agile/SAFe practices to support rapid delivery to meet evolving market needs.
  • Proven product strategist & thought partner.
  • Proven track record of relentless focus on delivering high-impact products that align with business goals, meet customer needs, and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience managing global product management teams and making tough decisions around product direction and prioritization.
  • Growth Mindset: demonstrate experience with scaling product management frameworks, enabling teams to adapt to rapid growth and changing market dynamics.
  • Proven success in attracting and retaining top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Track record of scaling Product Management organizations and deep understanding of the organizational design and change management needed to lead through successful growth.

  • Previous experience designing and building software products at scale.
