Qualifications Our Digital Trust and CyberSecurity (DT&CS) Transport Cyber Resilience specialistsunderstand how to help transport sector clients develop and putinto action a digital trust and cyber security strategy thatenables them to build the organisation they need for the future,and make sure that it is secure by design. As a ManagingConsultant, you will be part of our leadership team, taking newservice propositions to the market as well as developing newbusiness and strong client relationships while leading anddelivering great work. Essential skills - Ability to work withtransport and logistics clients, helping them to structure theirthinking in order to identify key requirements, challenges,opportunities and aspirations for the organisation - Strongexperience and relationships in the transport sector - Takingaccountability for the delivery of technical cyber securityengagements and leading multiple engagements on a day-to-day basis- Leading sales and business development initiatives in thetransport sector and acting as an integral part of the broaderDigital Trust and Cyber Security leadership team - Building andmanaging excellent networks and client relationships (typically atCIO, CFO, COO, CISO or Head of Technology level) across a range oforganisations within the transport sector - Commercially aware andwith industry relationships that will enable achievement of revenuein the region of £1.5+ million per year - Strong interpersonal andstakeholder engagement skills at all levels up to Board level andstrong network across transport sector leaders - Trusted andrespected leader with the ability to build and run a highlyeffective team that delivers client outcomes and develops the teamand individuals - Experience and knowledge of the regulatoryenvironment facing clients; with a particular focus on cybersecurity and privacy relevant regulations - Qualification such asCISSP, CISM, and GISCP, ISA 62443 (or equivalent) preferred. -Experience of selling and leading cyber resilience andtransformation projects - Experience of the application of keycyber security standards and best practices such as ISO 27001, IEC62443, NIS regulations and NIS CAF.
