About the Role

Autoglym is a British manufacturer of a premium range of vehicle care and valeting products, which are sold in over 45 countries. Our products are proudly used by enthusiasts and professionals and include customers such as vehicle manufacturers, major high street retailers, car dealerships, distributors, professional valeting companies and transport operators.

Autoglym’s Lifeshine Vehicle Protection team is a crucial part of our overall product portfolio. We work in partnership with major vehicle manufacturers and dealer groups to provide world class products through sales management processes and support and deliver exceptional customer service and build outstanding business relationships.

We are currently on the hunt for a Lifeshine Business Manager to come and join our field based sales team in the North of the UK. Postcodes currently covered in this role are:

This is a full time position, working Monday to Friday and includes the additional benefits of a car allowance and company funded private medical cover through BUPA.


Job Opportunity

This role reports directly to the Global Head of Paint Protection Sales and is focused on driving business growth for Autoglym LifeShine.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and sales qualification, positioning LifeShine as the preferred paint protection supplier. They will implement strategic development plans using a targeted territory sales pipeline to exceed budget expectations.

Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing accounts is key, ensuring high customer satisfaction and increased sales.

The role also involves setting up and managing LifeShine sales processes and standards, accurately maintaining CRM data and diaries, and tracking contract timelines to uncover new opportunities. Regular reporting on sales activity and key account performance is required, along with monitoring order activity and conducting business reviews to align with customer needs and drive continued growth.


Essential Skills

We are looking for a candidate who is ideally degree-educated. Automotive experience would be a distinct advantage, alongside proven sales and development experience.

The ideal individual will demonstrate strong commercial acumen and the ability to engage with customers, understanding their business needs. They should thrive in a fast-paced team environment, be capable of multitasking and prioritising effectively, and show a genuine passion for the industry or Autoglym products.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as is a consumer-focused and customer-oriented approach. The role requires someone who is metrics and results driven, with a proactive attitude toward problem solving. We value self-discipline, strong time management, and motivation, as well as a high level of integrity.
