Role - IT/CRM Support & Projects Engineer
Location - Central London
Salary - £65,000 DOE

we are working with a fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering secure, scalable, and transformative IT solutions to businesses across the UK. Supporting cloud, cybersecurity, automation, and VoIP-designed to not just support IT, but to redefine how our clients operate and grow.

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an IT/CRM Support & Projects Engineer to lead internal CRM initiatives (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365), while also contributing to high-level technical support across our MSP service offerings.

The Role
This hybrid role merges CRM ownership and project delivery with advanced IT support responsibilities. You'll drive the optimisation and integration of internal platforms-particularly CRM systems-while also acting as a senior technical engineer within our support team. It's ideal for someone with a technical mindset and project leadership experience who wants to take ownership of systems that directly impact business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Engineering (L2/L3)

Act as a senior escalation point for complex support queries across infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, and VoIP.
Support and troubleshoot technologies such as Windows Server, Azure, O365, SonicWall, 3CX, VMware/Hyper-V.
Contribute to internal documentation and process automation for repeatable tasks and support functions.CRM Systems Ownership & Development

Lead the implementation or overhaul of Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support internal operations.
automation & Integrate CRM with key business systems, including Autotask, 3CX, and billing/licensing tools.
Oversee relationships with external CRM consultants, managing delivery, timelines, and results.Project Delivery & Systems Improvement

Own internal system improvement projects from requirements gathering through to successful deployment.What You'll Bring

Strong technical background with the ability to independently build, configure, and support systems.
5+ years in a technical support or engineering role, ideally within an MSP or IT services environment.
Proven experience leading CRM system implementation or improvement projects (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Strong SQL querying and reporting experience.
Excellent communication, project ownership, and vendor coordination skills.
