We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Security Architecture Analyst to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring security and integrity of our network architecture and information systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security technologies and industry standards, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective security strategies.

The salary on offer for this position will be between £40,000 and £50,000 plus benefits depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement security solutions to protect network infrastructure and data.
  • Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor network traffic and system logs to detect and respond to security incidents.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure comprehensive security awareness and compliance.
  • Provide expertise on security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to network security.
  • Participate in incident response.

Critical Skills for Success

  • Experience in IT security architecture or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and encryption.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
