IT Project Manager - Digital Transformation (Manufacturing)
UK | 12-Month Contract | Outside IR35 (đź’°ÂŁ600 a day) | Remote UK Based

A global manufacturing organisation is embarking on a major digital transformation programme and is seeking a strategic yet hands-on IT Project Manager to lead critical technology initiatives.

You will take ownership of projects that focus on data capture from manufacturing plants, integration into the cloud (AWS), and the development of AI-powered analytics and dashboards to drive data-led decision making.

As a IT Project Manager you will be responsible for

Delivering cross-functional IT/OT projects across multiple sites and international teams
Managing scope, budgets, risks, and project success metrics
Leading implementation of AVEVA PI and data integration solutions
Ensuring alignment with cybersecurity and data governance standards
Acting as a bridge between IT, operations, and business stakeholdersThe Successful Candidate will have the following experience and background:-

5+ years managing IT/OT/digital projects in manufacturing environments
Experience with AVEVA PI System or other industrial data platforms
Understanding of IoT, Industry 4.0, digital twin, and smart factory concepts
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) preferredThis is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a modern, data-driven manufacturing environment, combining cloud, AI, and industrial systems to deliver true digital transformation.

📄12 Months Contract Outside IR35 | 💰£600 a day |📍UK remote working
