We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a skilled IAM Business Analyst to join their team for a six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in IAM / IGA to drive end to end delivery and implementation of IAM / IGA capabilities. This role requires a strong understanding of IAM governance, control ownership. Works closely with IAM architects, Product Owners, Engineers and senior stakeholders to gather and validate requirements and define end to end solutions. Develop and maintain process flows. Support System integration, user adoption and training related to Identity Management.

Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Strong IAM/IGA domain expertise

Knowledge of governance, controls, and compliance

Requirements gathering & process mapping

System integration experience

Stakeholder & cross-functional collaboration

User adoption & training support

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with tools like SailPoint, Okta, etc.

Agile/Scrum experience

Desirable Skills/Experience
Although not essential, the following skills are desired by the client:

Understanding of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, etc.)

Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA)

Knowledge of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)

Business analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA)

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow

Exposure to cloud IAM (AWS, Azure AD)
