We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of our Electronic and Electrical Engineering function. As the Head ofElectronic and Electrical Engineering, you will be at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of technical solutions and building a high-performance culture. Your leadership will inspire teams, foster collaboration, and ensure the successful delivery of world-class engineering outcomes.

Key Responsibilities as Head of Electronic and Electrical Engineering:

Inspire and manage the Electronic and Electrical engineering team, guiding career development, conducting performance reviews, and cultivating a high-performance, inclusive culture that prioritizes professional growth and technical excellence.
Oversee recruitment, resource allocation, and team capacity to meet project demands. Ensure projects are staffed with highly qualified and experienced personnel, while optimizing team utilization and staying within budget targets.
Shape technical programs, guide bids and proposals, and provide expertise on estimating to align with business objectives. Actively contribute to project execution, with a focus on mentoring, technical leadership, and strategic oversight.
Support the business in navigating emerging cybersecurity standards and achieving export permissions. Represent the company in workshops with regulatory authorities and external partners to ensure compliance and future readiness.
Ensure all engineering outputs consider supportability, manufacturability, and lifecycle costs. Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and production teams to achieve cost-effective and operationally efficient solutions.Key Qualifications & Leadership Attributes:

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, fostering emotional intelligence, psychological safety, and a culture of innovation and trust.
In-depth knowledge of Electronic and Electrical engineering principles, with hands-on experience in technologies related to sonar, naval systems, and complex engineering challenges.
A forward-thinking leader with the ability to align engineering capabilities with business growth objectives, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping long-term technical roadmaps.
Able to manage multiple priorities under pressure, maintaining focus on strategic objectives while adapting to complex challenges.We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong background in Electronic and Electrical engineering.
