We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established and respected fire & security solutions provider, who is looking for an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to join their team, covering Mansfield and the surrounding areas.

This role would suit a multi-disciplined engineer with a strong bias towards fire alarm systems, and proven experience with CCTV and intruder alarms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire detection systems (conventional and addressable)

* Installation and repair of security systems, including CCTV and intruder alarms.

* Carrying out routine checks and responding to emergency call-outs.

* Ensuring systems are installed and maintained in line with industry regulations and company standards.

* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Ideal Candidate:

* Minimum 10 years of experience in the fire & security industry.

* Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with fire alarm systems.

* Competent with CCTV (IP & analogue) and intruder alarm systems.

* Holds a full, clean UK driving licence.

* Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., FIA units, manufacturer training) are advantageous.

* Professional, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

* £38,000 – £42,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
