Our client is seeking dedicated CCTV Service Engineer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who excel in servicing and commissioning security systems while delivering exceptional customer support. The successful candidates will be working with advanced systems across a variety of client sites in the North West. (PERM)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and commissioning of security systems, with training provided as required.
  • Reactive and scheduled service fault calls, including PPMs.
  • Carrying out small works and installations.
  • Establishing effective communication with clients, sub-contractors, and key stakeholders during project installations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies at all times.
  • Taking responsibility for collating all commissioning information and assisting with the formulation of O&M’s.
  • Assisting as required with technical site issues and supporting other engineers and colleagues.
  • Participating in the on-call rota.


Systems Involved:

  • CCTV Systems:Public space CCTV,IP networks, enterprise-level access control.
  • Intruder Alarm Systems.
  • Access Control Systems.


Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A solid technical background in the electrical/electronic sector.
  • Proven experience and knowledge of security systems.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a customer-focused approach.
  • Professional demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with IP and IT networks.
  • Fire experience/knowledge is preferable but not essential.
  • CSCS, ECS, or equivalent certification is required.
  • IPAF licence is preferred.
