Position: Finance Administrator
Location: City London, United Kingdom (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the Office)
Reports to: Head of Treasury
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience) - £35k-£40k

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be joining the Treasury & Finance Operations Teams and be responsible for setting up and maintaining a robust Governance process around user access to finance and banking applications. You will be the key contact person in Finance for the onboarding and offboarding of employees to and from these applications.

Key Responsibilities

Treasury Management:

Fact finding on existing banking systems across the group and creating reports on current operational risks, with a view to implement short-, medium-, and long-term strategies in those same risks mitigation.
Set up a database of banking/finance applications with their user(s) access(es)User Provisioning and Lifecycle Management:

The candidate will need to create, manage, and disable user accounts, ensuring appropriate access levels throughout the user's lifecycle within the organisation.
Maintain the banking administration relationships, across the group's bank portfolio
Monitor user access in other systems with financial implications and carry out periodic audits
Trouble shoot errors related to conflicting access rightsAccess Policy Management:

Define and enforce access policies, ensuring that users have the necessary permissions to perform their duties while maintaining data security and compliance
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure accesses policy are periodically reviewed and corrected where required

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:
Meticulous and detail oriented
Self-starter and problem solver
Good communicator
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level), with the ability to work with some formulas and models.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:
Experience in a finance-related role.
Knowledge of banking platforms.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.Job Requirements

Technical Skills
Some understanding of IAM frameworks, principles, and best practices.
Experience with Programs such as:Microsoft NetSuite, Excel, Power point.
