The Fruition Group is delighted to be partnering with a global cybersecurity systems integrator in their search for a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to support the continued growth of their enterprise customer base across the UK . This is a unique opportunity for a commercially driven sales professional with deep knowledge of the enterprise cybersecurity space. Our client delivers cutting-edge security solutions and services to some of the worlds most complex organizations - and they are now building out their UK enterprise sales capability. The Role: As Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new enterprise customer deals across the UK market. Working closely with solution architects and global delivery teams, youll represent a full-stack portfolio of cybersecurity services - including consulting, systems integration, cloud security, and threat intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development by identifying and closing enterprise sales opportunities across the UK. Build relationships with senior decision-makers (CIOs, CISOs, Heads of Information Security, IT Directors) at FTSE 350-level organizations and large enterprises. Develop a strong understanding of client environments and tailor cybersecurity solutions to fit their business needs. Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, solution mapping, proposals, presentations, and contract negotiation. Collaborate with internal technical, delivery, and consulting teams to ensure alignment on client requirements. Maintain up-to-date CRM records, forecasts, and account plans to ensure pipeline visibility and sales performance reporting. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings. Experience: 5-8 years of enterprise sales experience within cybersecurity , IT consulting , or technology services . Demonstrated success in closing high-value B2B deals (typically £250k). Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains (cloud security, identity and access management, threat detection, managed security services). Ability to influence senior stakeholders and complex buying groups within large enterprise environments. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive in a consultative, solution-led sales environment. Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC , Challenger , or SPIN is advantageous. UK-based, with the flexibility to travel within the UK and occasionally across Europe as needed. The Offer: Base Salary: £100,000 OTE: £200,000 (Uncapped Commission) Extensive corporate benefits package Flexible, remote-first working culture Applicants must be currently living in the UK and hold a valid British passport.
