Up to £55,000 basic + Uncapped OTE

Aztrum is exclusively partnering with a rapidly growing IT solutions provider that delivers comprehensive technology services to organisations across the UK. Their portfolio spans cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, software licensing, and modern workplace solutions.

As part of their continued expansion, they are investing in a dedicated Education Account Manager to focus exclusively on the education sector. Covering schools, colleges, universities, and multi-academy trusts (MATs), this is a strategically important role with full ownership of a growing and high-potential vertical.

This is a remote-first opportunity offering genuine autonomy, flexibility, and strong internal backing from both technical and commercial teams.

The Role: Education Account Manager – IT Solutions

You will take ownership of a portfolio of education-sector accounts, managing the full sales lifecycle while proactively identifying and developing new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, retain, and grow an existing portfolio of education customers
Identify and secure new business opportunities across schools, colleges, MATs, and higher education institutions
Leverage existing relationships to build pipeline and accelerate growth
Lead consultative sales engagements, addressing real-world technology challenges
Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to contract close
Work closely with technical specialists and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfactionAbout You

You will bring:

Proven experience selling IT solutions into the education sector (e.g., cybersecurity, cloud, hardware, managed services)
