The role and team:

SenseOn is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to drive regional digital marketing initiatives to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B digital marketing, preferably within the cybersecurity industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns to align with content strategy and demand generation plans to generate pipeline growth. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regional objectives are met.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Campaign management: Develop and oversee paid media campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook (for retargeting), driving user acquisition and lead nurturing.
  • ABM alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to integrate ABM strategies across digital efforts, creating hyper-targeted campaigns for high-value accounts.
  • SEO & Website Optimisation: Work with web and content stakeholders to enhance SEO and user experience, increasing organic traffic and conversion rates.
  • Email & Social Media Marketing: Execute email marketing strategies for lead nurturing and assist with organic social media to boost engagement and brand presence.
  • Landing Pages & A/B Testing: Design and optimise landing pages, using A/B testing to maximise conversions and refine audience insights.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, optimise budgets, and present insights to stakeholders, leveraging data to guide improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
  • Technical skills: Proficient with PPC platforms, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing automation. Knowledge of ABM tools is a plus.
  • Analytical and creative collaboration: Strong ability to interpret data and work with creative teams for brand-aligned, data-driven campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
  • Flexibility to travel for events as needed.
