Deputy Infrastructure Manager, Windows, 365, Azure, Dorking, Surrey to £60K (Hybrid 3 days in office per week)

A leading Financial Services outfit are requiring a Deputy IT Manager to help the IT Infrastructure Manager in the day-to-day management, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the organisation’s technology infrastructure. This includes networks, servers, storage, cloud services, and end-user device environments. This role serves as a key operational lead, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT services across all business functions.

Skills & Experience

• Strong technical expertise in networking, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Azure cloud environments.

• Experience in designing infrastructure solutions and preparing specifications for third-party delivery.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, including threat detection, vulnerability management, and endpoint protection.

• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across infrastructure components. Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and prioritising tasks effectively.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in drafting technical documents and engaging stakeholders.

• Industry certifications such as Microsoft (AZ-104,SC-900), CompTIA (Network+, Security+), or ITIL are desirable.
