The Demand Generation Manager will develop, execute and optimize integrated demand generation programs focused on the EMEA & INTL regions to drive new qualified lead acquisition, support pipeline generation, and revenue growth.

What You Will Do

    • Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel marketing programs, including: email, webinars, paid advertising, sales and BDR outbound campaigns, social media, pay-per-lead, nurturing and customer engagement programs.
    • Work closely with product marketing, content, BDRs and sales functions to tailor and optimize compelling messaging, positioning or content as needed for the EMEA market to support demand gen programs or campaigns.
    • Collaborate with the regional sales team and EMEA sales leader to align marketing efforts with company and sales goals and ensure lead quality and conversion.
    • Track and analyze campaign and program outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making, next steps and recommendations.
    • Manage and provide suggestions for allocation of regional marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
    • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to help inform marketing strategies.
    • Manage regional IBDR to ensure achievement and beyond for set KPIs.
    • Assist in the system maintenance and maintaining data and regulatory (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) integrity across the sales and marketing databases.


What You Will Bring

    • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a related function within a Sales-Led Enterprise B2B SaaS environment to a cybersecurity or developer audience
    • Strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue through high quality execution of integrated marketing campaigns across email, paid, and social marketing channels
    • Superb collaborator and project owner that works with a sense of urgency and high standard of quality able to hold themselves and others accountable for on-time deliverables
    • Experience partnering with sales to achieve common results
    • Self-starter with a bias towards action who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Acute attention to details with good organizational skills
    • Creative and tenacious willing to try new things, have an experimentation mindset and work through challenges in pursuit of not only meeting but exceeding provided targets
    • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo and a variety of social media and paid advertising platforms (Google, LinkedIn, etc)Strong communication and listening capabilities, both verbal and written.


Attributes for a Successful Candidate

    • Previous experience owning or managing an SDR or BDR type function preferred.
    • Understanding of the application security compliance requirements across EMEA a plus
    • Previous experience running one to few or one to on ABM campaigns
