If you’re ready to grow alongside Navro, let’s build something amazing together.What You’ll Be Doing:Serve as Data Protection Officer for the UK and oversee Data Protection for our EU entity.Be the primary point of contact within the Navro Group for data protection and privacy issues.Update and maintain Navro’s data protection map, policies, and procedures.Work with Legal to negotiate client-specific Data Protection Addendums and agreements.Provide reactive responses and management in the event of a data breach.Review and assess product requirement documents for data privacy clauses and risks.Maintain client-facing privacy documentation.Keep internal teams informed of regulatory changes that might impact data privacy policies.Work with the International Expansion team to assess and implement privacy requirements for new markets.Maintain, in conjunction with the Chief Risk Officer, the firm's Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment for Data Privacy.Adapt and expand responsibilities as the company grows.What We’re Looking For:Privacy Expert

– You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Privacy Manager, DPO, or in a similar role.Regulatory Guru

– You’re well-versed in the UK and at least one other jurisdiction’s (EU/USA) data privacy regulations.Payments/Financial Services Knowledge

– Experience in the payments, payroll, pension, or financial services space is a big plus.Global Mindset

– You can map your knowledge to other jurisdictions as part of our international expansion.Technical Understanding

– Familiarity with AWS/Google Privacy tools and how privacy works in practice.Strong Negotiator
