Our elite US firm client’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy group in London is looking to make two hires; one at the 1-3 PQE level and the other at the 4-6 PQE level.

The team serves as a universal ‘one-stop shop’ for clients’ Cybersecurity, Incident Response, Data Protection, Privacy and related AI challenges, advising on high profile matters on behalf of Fortune and other companies, including PE firms and their portfolio companies, across a variety of industries, such as Technology, Defence, Energy, Finance and Telecommunications.

Candidates will ideally have experience assisting with:

Cybersecurity preparedness and data breach response Conducting regulatory investigations relating to data privacy and cybersecurity issues Building legally compliant data privacy and cybersecurity programs in UK and/ or EU Conducting data privacy and cybersecurity due diligence and M&A support Drafting privacy policies and negotiating data processing agreements.
