Cybersecurity Analyst

Key Role:

Provide subject matter expertise in the provision of Information Assurance ( IA ) and Cybersecurity support for Certification and Accreditation ( C & A ) , the Risk Management Framework ( RMF ) accreditation package and artifact generation, requirements analysis, Security Test and Evaluation ( ST & E ) plans and execution, risk assessments, systems analysis and hardening, incident response and policy analysis, t rus ted product evaluations, IA program assessments, and security posture presentations. Provide analytical and technical support for the development and submission of C & A documentation in compliance with RMF requirements. Apply technology expertise and analyze the security implications of system and application security. Provide recommendations to decision makers and engineers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience with IT and IA

  • 6+ years of experience with IA security policy , including ATOs and ATCs

  • Experience with the USMC and Navy C & A process, including RMF

  • Experience developing test plans and procedures to address the level of effort for the IT system being accredited

  • Experience with MCCAST and eMASS

  • Experience validating IA requirements for the IT systems being accredited

  • Experience with ACAS and STIGs

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity

  • DoD 8570.01 IAM Level II Certification, including CAP, CISSP, CASP, CISM, or GSLC Certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience working with MOUs and MOAs

  • Experience with current RMF DoD Cybersecurity and Acquisition policies

  • Ability to provide consult ation and innovative solutions to clients regarding cybersecurity efforts

  • Ability to work as part of a team

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
