Cyber Security Engineer – SeniorLocation: Ringwood, Hampshire, + Hybrid Home Working (2 days a week Tues & Thurs in the office post-probation)Salary: Up to £45,000.00Hours: 37.5 hours per weekContract: Full-time, PermanentJoin us as our Cyber Security Engineer – SeniorThe RoleIn this role, you will undertake project and support activities, providing assurance, technical expertise, and guidance as needed. You will input into Information Governance and Cyber security-related calls and incidents, supporting the swift and effective response to mitigate risks and minimise impact. You will engage in activities to continuously improve our cyber security posture, colleague awareness, and training, as well as helping towards maintaining ISO, CE+ and other relevant standards and accreditations. Additionally, you will support the security and governance functions of the business, working closely with the Technical Director and the wider team.The Skills You Will Need:A recognised information governance or data security qualification At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role  Familiarity with frameworks and standards like ISO, MCSS and NCSCDemonstrate effective collaboration skills with stakeholders and other IT professionals Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsGreat problem-solving and decision-making abilities Able to identify risks and potential vulnerabilitiesA thorough understanding of IP networking, modern infrastructure management, Microsoft cloud technologies and hybrid architecturesA full driving license is required, and the position is subject to a standard DBS check.  About Trusted Technology PartnershipTrusted Technology Partnership has been a specialist IT Infrastructure and Support Services provider for over 25 years. We are an Employee Ownership Trust.  Our core services include support desk, on-site engineering, project management and delivery, storage and logistics, software development and technical consultancy. We encourage progression within Trusted Technology Partnership for our colleagues, offering opportunities in other teams and departments. The Package:Ongoing training and support Company Profit Share (first £3,600 is tax free) 22 days annual leave plus bank holiday (increasing with length of service) Additional paid leave for your Birthday Company performance-based additional paid leave Company sick pay policy Pension Scheme Private Medical Insurance (including dental) Free Parking Hybrid Working Progression opportunities Fresh fruit, occasional pizza and a posh coffee machine
