A stable business with operations in the UK and the US, this business has gone from strength to strength, with a strong core, very stable and looking to grow its revenue 5x over the next 5 years.

They come with a strong reputation, a great working culture and a supportive nature within the business. Looking to hire across core areas over the next few years with marketing and sales being the core focus for them.

Communication and Marketing is an important element of what they do and they are now looking for a dedicated person to join their team and put a stamp on the position.

The business is also pushing and growing more in-person events and conferences across the US and awards, this is where communications is an important factor for them.

The Position:
As the Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering the communications strategy for the business. Working with the wider team to improve and grow email marketing campaigns, websites, newsletters, blogs and case studies.

Working with clients on their marketing strategy whilst attending their company events and awards. This business has a great reputation already and now they’re looking to build on this, reaching their clients, target clients and readers.

This role is a chance to challenge yourself, potentially travel to the US, if you can, work with people who are extremely passionate about what they do.
As a Communication Manager, you’ll be expected to meet up with the team at least 1 day a week, the rest of the week you’ll be able to work remotely.
On top of this, there is an option to work 4-days if required, this business understanding, is flexible and will take care of you.
