Role Overview:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Client Director to join a leading provider of IT managed services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in managed services, particularly within the SMB sector (500 seats or fewer). As a Client Director, you will be responsible for driving new business, building strategic client relationships, and delivering tailored IT solutions to help SMBs thrive.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales Leadership:Take ownership of new business development, growing the company’s footprint within the SMB market by targeting organizations with fewer than 500 seats.

Account Management:Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and uncovering additional opportunities to add value.

Solution Selling:Lead the sales of comprehensive managed services, including cloud solutions, cybersecurity, IT support, and infrastructure, customized to meet each client's unique business needs.

Business Development:Proactively generate new leads through networking, referrals, and outreach, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor within the SMB space.

Consultative Approach:Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and IT challenges, recommending strategic solutions and services that help them succeed.

Collaboration:Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a high standard of client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle of the engagement.

Market Expertise:Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.


Required Experience:

  • Proven success in selling managed services to SMB clients (500 seats or fewer), with a deep understanding of IT solutions such as cloud services, cybersecurity, and infrastructure management.
  • Strong sales track record, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2B environment.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, particularly with senior decision-makers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage and grow client accounts.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
