The Opportunity

The Chief Risk & Compliance Officer (CRCO) for Worldline IT Services UK (Worldline UK&I) is a key senior leadership role within the UK management structure which owns the overall Second Line activities to assure that all risks, including Financial, Operational, Compliance, Strategic & Security, are managed and that the organisation is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.

We are in the process of obtaining a Credit Licence for Debt Administration and Debt Collection regulated activities in the UK and are looking for your expertise and initiative to ensure we are fulfilling all FCA requirements while supporting the growth of our business.

Worldline operates within a matrix organisation and in addition to your local reporting line to the CEO for Worldline IT Services UK, and your local accountability to the local UK Management Board, you will report functionally to Worldline global risk organisation.

You will be managing a small team of experts focusing on Risk Management, Compliance and Security and will be working closely with the global 2nd line organisation which encompasses many experienced and dedicated risk, compliance and security officers. We are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for new leaders to join our group of trusted risk and compliance advisors to the business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Establish and lead the Second Line Security, Risk & Compliance function within Worldline UK&I Establish and drive the adoption of the relevant risk, security and compliance frameworks Establish a sound risk culture Monitor and report on the organisation's risk profile in line with the organisation's risk appetite Liaise on and escalate related matters to the organisation's management, as well as the Worldline Group Interact with the FCA on relevant security, risk and compliance matters.

Excellent organisational, planning and communication. Collaborative mindset and ability to provide hands-on support Good knowledge and awareness of Risk, Security & Compliance industry best practices and frameworks (COSO, ISO , ISO , PCI DSS, etc) Results driven and ability to work under pressure 5+ years in the field Risk, Security and / or Compliance Experience of working with the FCA 5+ years of proven leadership and team management skills Bachelor’s Degree (Law, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent) Industry Certifications (ISACA, IIA, CRMA, CRISC, CISA etc.) GRC tool experience (preferably RSA Archer)
