About the Role

Nothreat is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing efforts and elevate Nothreat’s presence in the cybersecurity landscape. This is a critical executive position for a leader with a deep understanding of cybersecurity, demand generation, brand strategy, and B2B marketing at scale.

As CMO, you will define and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that accelerates growth, supports sales objectives, and positions Nothreat as a category-defining leader in AI-powered cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of Nothreat’s global marketing strategy across all channels and functions.
  • Build a world-class marketing team covering brand, digital, product marketing, demand generation, and communications.
  • Own brand positioning and messaging to differentiate Nothreat in a competitive cybersecurity market.
  • Drive integrated campaigns targeting CISOs, IT decision-makers, and enterprise security stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Product, Sales Enablement, and Business Development teams to define go-to-market strategies and support revenue growth.
  • Lead planning and execution of offline brand activations at key industry events, including booth design and promotional stand setup.
  • Collaborate with PR and Communications teams to enhance Nothreat’s external visibility and media presence.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to ensure marketing ROI, pipeline contribution, and brand engagement.
  • Represent marketing at the executive level and contribute to overall company strategy and vision.
  • Manage budgets, tools, agency partners, and marketing operations effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in cybersecurity marketing, with a proven record at a well-established cybersecurity company.
  • Demonstrated success building and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Deep knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem, buyer personas, trends, and product-market dynamics.
  • Experience leading demand generation, content strategy, brand development, and digital performance marketing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working across global markets, particularly the US and UK.
  • Data-driven mindset with fluency in KPIs, marketing analytics, and funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency with modern martech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous CMO or VP Marketing role in a cybersecurity scale-up or enterprise SaaS company.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, threat intelligence, and AI security concepts.
  • Experience marketing to technical audiences: CISOs, security engineers, DevSecOps teams.
