A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Care Coordinator to join a highly regarded domiciliary care service based in Banstead. This position offers real progression to Deputy Manager and is ideal for someone looking to step up and grow within a supportive and well-structured team.

Key Responsibilities of a Care Coordinator:
Efficiently scheduling care packages to meet client needs
Coordinating rotas for a team of carers across 3,000 care hours per week
Supporting the Registered Manager with day-to-day operations
Participating in a 1-in-4 paid on-call rota
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with CQC standardsCare Coordinator Requirements:
Previous experience in domiciliary care coordination
Strong organisational and communication skills
Must be a driver – access to a company car during office hours provided
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting staff developmentBenefits:
Progression to Deputy Manager
£150 per on-call weekend (1 in 4 rota)
35-hour week, no care calls required
