SECURITY CLEARANCE:Involves working within the UK Defence industry, requiring the applicants to be UK Nationals Only (No Dual Nationals) and able to be security cleared to a UK Eyes Only SC level

We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join the new Defence Digital & Cyber Cross Programmes Management team to provide support to the DD&C UK businesses.
Defence Digital addresses complex Defence Programmes, including the design & provision of the Combat Cloud, and requirements for Connectivity.
Cyber (C) serves Europe and its allies as the trusted European cybersecurity provider, as a specialist in cybersecurity for Defence and aerospace systems assets, network and endpoint security.
Working in close collaboration with different functions and stakeholders, you will be responsible for assessing and enhancing business operations to improve the sustainable performance and profitability of the business.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- Support with the efficient running of the operational business and support the strategic team to build a DD UK business.
- Act as the DD&C UK Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Coordinator to ensure risk & opportunity management processes, methods and tools are consistently & adequately implemented.
- Act as an ambassador for Operational Excellence, embed the DD&C Improvement strategy, facilitate the UK improvement portfolio and deliver projects.
- Strengthen a customer-centric culture & ensure Customer feedback is effectively utilised to deliver closed-loop actions that enhance our customers’ experience.
- Implement & coordinate the Cyber UK performance management system, aligned to business requirements to ensure accurate and reliable data for timely decision making.
- Support the implementation of an effectve sales and operative planning process to help the business balance demand & capacity
ABOUT YOU
- Experience in piloting complex/detailed information and generate aggregated/analytical overviews adapted to different stakeholders
- Experience delivering within a multi-functional and multinational team to achieve goals
- Ability to work across functions, and to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in leading change
- Practical experience in Integrated Planning, R&O Management & PMO
