About the Role:

As a Business Information Security Officer (BISO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering information security strategies that align with business objectives. Leveraging your expertise in professional services and consultancy, you will act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that security becomes a business enabler rather than a barrier.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary cybersecurity liaison between business units and technical teams.
  2. Design and implement tailored security strategies that address organizational goals while mitigating risks.
  3. Manage and lead a team of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analysts, fostering a high-performing and collaborative team environment.
  4. Provide strategic advice on information security, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.
  5. Collaborate with global stakeholders to address security challenges with practical, business-driven solutions.
  6. Ensure the organization’s security frameworks support and enhance its global consultancy services.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong background in professional services and/or consultancy is essential.
  2. Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  3. A strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex problems using practical, business-oriented approaches.
  4. Exceptional communication and influencing skills to engage with senior stakeholders across diverse regions.
  5. Solid understanding of information security principles, frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
