Business Development Manager (SME and/or Enterprise Grade) - IT Managed Services Solutions

Hybrid role - based within reach of London, Milton Keynes or Oxford

£50,000 to £75,000 basic + double OTE + £5,000 car allowance + full benefits package

Are you an ambitious New Business Development Manager with proven experience in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry? This is a fantastic opportunity to join the UK's #1 MSP, a market leader at the forefront of IT and technology services.

Applause IT are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can self-generate leads, win new business, and build strong client relationships. In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between home working, the regional office (minimum 2 days per week), and client meetings across the region.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach campaigns
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Collaborate with account managers and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations with compelling value statements
Act as a trusted consultant, ensuring clients receive the right solutions for their business goalsWhat we're looking for

✔ At least 3years' experience in a new business sales role within the MSP industry (BDM, Sales Executive, or Area Sales Consultant) Top end salaries and comm on offer for those who want to develop Enterprise New Business
✔ Proven ability to drive new business through outreach and prospecting
✔ A focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships
✔ Exceptional IT skills with a solid understanding of Microsoft Cloud Applications
✔ Certifications in sales methodologies and or CRM software, or IT domains such as cloud services or cybersecurity desirable
✔ Reside within a commutable distance of London, Milton Keynes, or Oxford

✔ Able to attend client meetings across the region and work from the office 2 days per week
