Wavestone UK is seeking to hire a Business Advisory –Wealth and Asset Management Partner. Your role as a Partner withextensive experience working in the Wealth and Asset Managementfield means being a key player to lead and drive the development ofthe Financial Services practice in terms of: * Industry Knowledgeand Experience: Demonstrate in-depth expertise in the FinancialServices sector to support the development of service propositions,drive sales, and ensure successful project delivery. * BusinessDevelopment: Play a pivotal role in Wavestone’s business by drivingcomplex business proposals and contributing significantly toaccount growth. * Client Relationship Management: Build andmaintain strong relationships with high-level key clients in theinvestment and technology sector. * Engagement Leadership: Overseeour most complex client projects to deliver maximum value for theclient across the Wealth & Asset Management or Banking sectors.To be considered for this role: * Solid foundations in consultingskills with significant experience in external client-facingconsulting or equivalent roles within the wealth and assetmanagement sector. * Proven track record of selling consultingservices (account planning, pitching to clients, proposals, valueproposition development). * Solid network of contacts withinFinancial Services. * Excellent interpersonal skills at all levelsof an organization, with experience in managing and leading teams.Proven background leading Transformation Programmes and strongacumen enhancing advisory credibility. * Comprehensive knowledge onthe following topics in the Wealth & Asset Management arena: *M&A support and execution within the sector. * Retail andinstitutional distribution. * Front, middle and back-office systemsand operations, including fund accounting, custody, transferagency, etc. * End to end lifecycle of vendor/outsource partnerstrategy through to implementation. * Client onboarding. * Datastrategy, operating model development and implementation within thesector. * Different asset classes such as public and privateassets, hedge funds, UCITs, etc. Our commitment: Wavestone valuesand Positive Way.
