CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established and regarded service-based business located in the heart of Chichester. This company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their tenured team. In this varied role, you will play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial support to both a diverse client base and the wider parent company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to contribute to a growing business while enjoying the flexibility of part-time hours in a vibrant, central location.

What will the Part Time Bookkeeping role involve?
•    Managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks up to trial balance, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. 
•    Reconciling bank statements and ensuring financial accuracy and preparing financial reports, and assisting with month-end closing.
•    Weekly management of bank accounts, including reconciliations and banking tasks.
•    Assisting with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial processes.
•    Assisting in the annual audit process.
•    Supporting the Finance & Operations Manager with higher-level finance duties as needed.

Suitable Candidate for the Part-Time Bookkeeping vacancy:
•    Varied experience, including transactional finance and month-end.
•    Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.

Additional benefits and information for the role of Part Time Bookkeeper:
•    Around 20 hours a week, ideally worked over 3 or 4 days.
•    Office-based.
•    Enhanced annual leave.
•    Pension scheme.
•    Hourly rate £16.00 - £20.00 per hour depending on experience.
•    Could include such things as flexi time, holiday, bonus, car allowance or working environment and progression.
