In this role, you will take the lead in delivering professional services engagements across key ICS/OT verticals—including oil and gas, electric, water treatment, and manufacturing—with a strong focus on customers in the UK and EU. Your expertise will play a critical role in advancing the security posture of our clients' OT environments. As a leader on our services team, you will provide mentorship, deliver insights for platform advancement, and serve as an ambassador for the Dragos mission through community engagement.
Responsibilities
Lead ICS/OT Cybersecurity Professional Services Engagements including architecture reviews, compromise assessments, and tabletop exercises for customers across various verticals including electric, oil and gas, water treatment, and manufacturing.
Serve as the primary point of contact and SME for consulting clients, providing expert guidance while building strong relationships.
Deliver findings and recommendations documentation at the end of each engagement (this includes presenting to customers and addressing questions and concerns).
Perform Scope of Work (SOW) reviews, Rules of Engagement (ROE) development, and other documentation-related tasks.
Turn insights from customer engagements into research and innovation projects to fuel Dragos technology advancement (i.e., training material, Dragos Platform playbooks, etc.).
Support the larger community and represent Dragos through outreach efforts such as webinars, whitepapers, and conference presentations with novel content and ideas.
Mentor teammates and be a leadership resource for the professional services organization.
Requirements
7+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience including delivery of professional services consulting.
Proven expertise in ICS/OT Cybersecurity (i.e., deep knowledge of OT system environments, risks, threats, vulnerabilities, frameworks, and standards).
Strong experience with the Network and Information Systems 2 (NIS2) Directive.
Hands-on experience with common cybersecurity toolsets used to collect and analyze data from networks and/or host devices.
Ability to collect and analyze network data in order to characterize and baseline networks, validate documented state, and identify malicious or anomalous activity.
Ability to write concise, high-quality reports that directly support customer and engagement success criteria.
Excellent social, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to facilitate training and present complex analytical data to a variety of audiences.
Willingness to travel as needed for onsite engagements.
Nice to haves :
Experience working with the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) including familiarity with the Cyber Assessment Framework (CAF). A current or previous i100 secondment is also nice to have.
Experience working with German customers (i.e., German language proficiency).
