What you’ll do


Coordinate and support the response to cyber security incidents Chair incident calls and brief colleagues during stand-up meetingsProduce meeting minutes and incident status reportsTrack and progress incident actionsContinually update our digital incident management applicationEngage with stakeholders to get to the root cause of incidentsContribute to post incident reviews while highlighting lessons learned and improvementsProactively suggest improvements that will support One Tech TeamContribute towards incident management reporting including written reports and KPIsProvide 24/7 on-call support on rotation
