What You’ll Do At Work Install, commission, and maintain electronic systems designed to protect people, properties, and assets.
Gain knowledge about fire detection, intrusion detection, CCTV, and access control solutions.
Travel in your company van to various sites, including residential, commercial, and retail locations.
Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop skills towards becoming a qualified fire and security engineer.
Where You’ll Work This is a field-based role requiring regular travel, primarily in Stevenage, Milton Keynes, Oxford, St Albans, Slough, and Luton. The work location is Units 1,3&4 Works Road, Letchworth, SG6 1FF.
Training Includes regular training with a college or training organization, with at least 20% of working hours dedicated to training or studying.
College or Training Organisation Banham Academy Limited
Your Training Course Fire Emergency & Security Systems Technician
Training Plan Enrol in a Level 3 Fire Emergency and Security Systems Technician qualification, delivered by Banham Academy, with on-the-job guidance from experienced mentors and engineers.
Minimum Qualifications GCSE or equivalent in English (Grade 5)
GCSE or equivalent in Maths (Grade 5)
Full Driving Licence
Additional qualifications and relevant experience can be considered for tailoring the apprenticeship.

Other Requirements This role involves working at heights and heavy lifting, with daily travel to customer sites.
