ITG, a tech-led marketing business, is currently seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to join our dynamic team.

As an Application Security Manager, your role will be paramount in assuring the security of our systems and data from any potential threats. Your responsibilities will include investigating and responding to security incidents, establishing, and implementing security policies and protocols, and monitoring and assessing our systems and networks for vulnerabilities. You will work as part of the group information security team and in close collaboration with our technology teams to help design, build and deliver a more secure system architecture and associated system controls.

This role will be essential in developing the current and future system architecture, using the latest cloud technology and protection systems.

Responsibilities

Implement security policies and procedures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ITG’s information and proprietary technology in Storyteq Advise and communicate industry best practice and required controls to current and future systems and applications across our technology Review regular vulnerability assessments and develop and implement remediation plans to address identified risks and vulnerabilities Investigate and respond to security breaches, incidents, and other cyber threats with a sense of urgency Collaborate with Dev Ops, Cloud Ops and development teams to ensure that all systems and applications are functioning securely and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations Ensure that all security controls, policies, and procedures are clearly documented and communicated to all relevant parties, and that they are regularly reviewed and updated Manage relationships with third party vendors and ensure that their services and products meet the required standards when integrated Keep up to date with the latest security threats, trends, technologies, and regulations in the industry Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the alignment of security efforts with wider business objectives Develop a deep understanding of how ITG group operate – we are a multi-faceted company with a diverse range of marketing technology and marketing service offerings! Develop and nurture relationships with key internal stakeholders, aligning to our values and developing a security culture across the business Assist in conducting internal audits with various teams across the group

Requirements

Cybersecurity and/or technology related certifications At least 4 years of experience in information security or related technology role Strong knowledge of security policies, procedures, and best practices Understanding of network protocols, ethical hacking, and security testing methodologies Experience in analysis and reporting on systems such as SAST, DAST, Pen testing and SDLC Experience in authentication management and API security requirements Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work in a team environment with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Knowledge of security standards and regulations such as ISO 27001, GDPR and NIST/SOC 2 reporting Knowledge of OWASP, CVSS and threat intelligence and modelling Demonstrated experience of incident management processes and procedures Excellent verbal and written communication skills Willingness to travel, we are a global business, and some elements of ISMS management will need to be conducted onsite
