    Must Have’s:

  • Previous experience in data entry and managing databases

  • Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems
  • Experience tracking and reporting on operational or training performance data

    So what will you be doing?

    -Supporting the Training Administration Team with various admin tasks
  • Updating trainee and instructor records using Flight Logger and SharePoint
  • Monitoring flight hours against syllabus hours and tracking additional training time (ATA)
  • Coordinating with the CFI to raise flight performance reviews
  • Supplying ATA data to Finance for invoicing
  • Attending programme meetings and taking minutes
  • Producing reports for use across multiple departments

  • Full-time temporary position, Monday–Friday
