This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to begin their career in B2B sales.

You will be provided with comprehensive training in an interactive learning environment with 1:1 coaching and full role training.

The opportunity: Alongside formal training, youll receive continuous coaching, mentoring and support from their experienced leadership team to enable you to reach your full potential.

Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with new and existing customers.

Proactively target new and existing customers via phone, email and social media to promote and recommend Air ITs solutions.

Identify clients needs and challenges through consultative questioning and active listening, presenting tailored solutions to clients.

Map Air ITs solution portfolio to effectively recommend solutions for your clients and prospects, showcasing the value of tailored IT support, cybersecurity and data solutions.

Be the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, qualifying and assessing new opportunities whilst delivering exceptional experience to prospective clients.

Secure client contract renewals by proactively addressing client concerns, uncovering needs, and building value.

Drive the sales process for the senior sales team, co-ordinating and supporting client calls.
