As we grow, we’re looking for a dedicated 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our team in Oxfordshire. You’ll play a crucial role in delivering first-class IT support, resolving technical issues, and supporting our 1st line team, all while helping to create a great experience for our clients.

As 2nd Line Support Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Providing technical support to end users and clients remotely, with occasional on-site visits if required.

Taking ownership of escalated support tickets and see them through to resolution.

Troubleshooting and resolving issues across a range of technologies, including networks, software, and hardware.

Supporting and guiding 1st line colleagues through more complex incidents.

Maintaining accurate documentation and help build out our internal knowledge base.

Key Skills & Experience:

Experience with Microsoft 365 administration

Understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN configurations, and networking fundamentals

Experience working in a Managed Service Provider or similar IT support environment

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

A proactive and customer-focused approach

Desirable (but not essential):

Experience with WatchGuard, Sophos, Datto, Intune, and SharePoint

Certifications such as MCP, CompTIA, Microsoft Fundamentals/Associates

Familiarity with Azure, Entra, device enrolment, and Windows Modern Desktop deployments
