About the RoleThe purpose of this role is to supervise a team of warehouse operatives and coordinate all activities that take place in the warehouse to ensure consistent achievement of volume, quality, and efficiency targets. Requirements

This Warehouse Supervisor role will involve:

Resource and Process Management: Plan resource allocation according to volume and throughput, and manage the unloading and loading of deliveries to meet the Service Level Agreements. Communicate with internal and external customers to ensure they are kept up-to-date and informed on operational activities.
Team Management: Brief and debrief team members and colleagues daily, coordinate team activities, delegate and prioritise work, and manage staff attendance, conduct, and performance in line with company policies and procedures. Deputise for the shift manager during periods of absence.
Training: Train team members during induction to support the personal development and/or performance improvement of the team.
Compliance: Adhere to, maintain, develop, and regularly update all warehouse standard operating procedures in liaison with the depot management team. Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory requirements, including (but not limited to) Safety, Health, and Environment regulations, Carriage of Dangerous Goods regulations, Data Protection, and Information Security regulations.
Communication: Assist in developing a strong team culture by building effective relationships with colleagues from around the business and sharing information to maximise efficiency.

Shifts available -
Night Shift: 9:30 pm to 6 am, NSA applied from 10 pm to 6 am
PM Shift: 1:30 pm to 10 pm
