Our client, a reputable and well-established main dealer in Milton Keynes, is looking to recruit a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join their dynamic, modern workshop team.

Competitive basic salary of approximately £35,000

Uncapped bonus scheme, with an OTE of up to £42,000

First 3 months’ bonus guaranteed to support your settling-in period

Monday to Friday working week, plus one Saturday morning per month

Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance to manufacturer standards

Diagnosing faults accurately using advanced diagnostic equipment

Conducting vehicle health checks and reporting findings thoroughly

Completing warranty and recall work as required

Ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards

Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to dealership proceduresRequirements:

Level 3 Qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent

Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a main dealer or reputable garage

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

Full UK driving licence

Excellent attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment
