Vehicle Progressor Vacancy - Hinckley Dealership
Position: Vehicle Progressor 
Location: Hinckley 
Basic Salary: £30,000
Working Hours: 42.5 hours, 5 out of 7 days 
Training and Career Development OpportunitiesOur client, a rapidly growing used car supermarket, is looking for a Vehicle Progressor to join their team in Hinckley.

With hundreds of vehicles on-site and a constant flow of customer appointments, this is a fast-paced and rewarding role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the sales process runs seamlessly!

Key Responsibilities of the Vehicle Progressor:
Coordinating daily appointments and ensuring all vehicles are cleaned, prepped, and ready for customer viewings
Liaising with Sales, Valeting, and the Prep Centre to prepare sold vehicles for handovers
Overseeing the smooth running of the showroom and supporting the sales process alongside the sales controllers
Handling aftersales issues promptly and professionally
Checking in new stock and ensuring vehicles meet preparation standards before going on saleRequirements for the Vehicle Progressor:
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills and confidence working with multiple departments
A proactive, hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
A confident team player who takes responsibility and drives results
