About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-regarded Belfast agency with a dedicated tech desk, is looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant ready to build lasting relationships in one of NI's hottest hiring markets.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for software, cloud, and cybersecurity roles across NI

  • Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of tech professionals through proactive networking

  • Partner closely with a portfolio of Belfast-based tech firms and scale-ups

  • Write compelling job advertisements and conduct structured candidate interviews

  • Negotiate offers and manage the placement process to a successful conclusion

  • Keep up to date with NI's tech landscape, salary benchmarks, and hiring trends

    What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a recruitment role (tech sector preferred)

  • Proven track record of hitting targets in a 360° or delivery-focused desk

  • Strong knowledge of the NI or broader UK tech talent market

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a consultative approach

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
