M365 Systems AdministratorLondon | Hybrid Working

A globally recognised transformation consultancy is looking for an experienced M365 Systems Administrator to join its growing technology team in London.

This is an opportunity to step into a business where technology is seen as a genuine enabler of growth, collaboration and innovation. You'll play a key role in shaping and supporting a modern Microsoft ecosystem across a highly collaborative international environment.

The business operates across multiple global locations and partners with some of the world's best-known organisations on large-scale transformation and organisational change projects. Internally, they are continuing to invest heavily in their own technology landscape, with a strong focus on security, automation, user experience and cloud-first infrastructure.

The Opportunity

Joining a close-knit and high-performing IT function, you'll take ownership across Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, security tooling and user support while helping drive the company's transition into a fully optimised Microsoft 365 E5 environment.

This is far more than a traditional support role. You'll have the chance to influence tooling, improve processes, automate workflows and contribute to wider technology initiatives across the business.

You'll work across:

  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Intune and endpoint management
  • Microsoft Defender and security tooling
  • Entra ID and identity management
  • SharePoint and Teams administration
  • Microsoft Purview and compliance
  • Automation using Power Automate
  • SaaS application support and integrations
  • User support across Windows, Mac and mobile environments
What You'll Be Doing
  • Providing first and second-line technical support to users across global offices
  • Managing and optimising the Microsoft 365 environment
  • Supporting device management through Intune and endpoint security tooling
  • Assisting with security, compliance and access management initiatives
  • Improving internal processes through automation and workflow improvements
  • Supporting collaboration tools including Teams and SharePoint
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver an exceptional user experience
  • Contributing to ongoing IT projects and technology transformation initiatives
What They're Looking For
  • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
  • Hands-on knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, Defender and Exchange Online
  • Experience supporting Windows, MacOS and mobile devices
  • Understanding of security and compliance best practices
  • Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate would be highly beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Someone proactive, solutions-focused and keen to improve systems and processes
Why Join?
  • Opportunity to work within a highly respected global consultancy
  • Exposure to modern cloud technologies and enterprise-scale projects
  • A collaborative, people-first culture
  • Genuine opportunities to influence and improve technology operations
  • Hybrid working environment
  • Strong investment in employee development and progression

If you're looking for a role where you can combine hands-on technical support with modern Microsoft cloud administration in a business that genuinely values technology and innovation, this could be a fantastic next step.

Where to Advertise Cyber Security Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise cyber security jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards, communities and channels that reach offensive, defensive and GRC security talent. The candidate pool is small, heavily vetted and in high demand across government, financial services, critical national infrastructure and the private sector simultaneously. Many of the strongest candidates hold active security clearances, are not actively job-searching through general platforms, and move primarily through specialist networks and trusted referrals. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that security professionals expect. Specialist platforms, government-affiliated channels and cleared candidate networks each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by CybersecurityJobs.tech, covers where to advertise cyber security roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about hiring across different role types.
