Solutions Architect

CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Solutions Architect based in London (remote). You will be working as part of a highly skilled and dynamic team, helping enterprise-level customers protect their cloud-based applications and systems from security threats. The company is a fast-growing leader in the cloud security space, trusted by global organizations across multiple industries.

Key Duties will include:

You will be involved in a range of activities supporting the sales and technical teams, including:

• Supporting the sales team by identifying customer challenges and offering tailored security solutions
  
  
• Acting as a technical expert in client meetings and demonstrations
  
  
• Providing guidance on securing software containers, cloud environments, and workloads
  
  
• Translating complex technical details into clear, simple explanations for non-technical stakeholders
  
  
• Working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure client needs are met
  
  
• Representing the company at industry events and meetups
  
  Requirements:
  
  We’re looking for someone with a strong technical background and great communication skills. Ideal candidates will have:
  
  
• 5–7 years’ experience in a Solutions Architect or Pre-Sales role, working with enterprise software
  
  
• Experience with container technologies (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
  
  
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, Linux/Windows servers, networking, and firewalls
  
  
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
  
• Understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and DevOps environments
