This role will look to see the successful candidate fully manage the technical relationship between a customer and their managed security service provided by Bridewell. Taking on ownership for technical queries, escalations, projects and improvements as well as continuously maintain and grow the service offered to our customers, the successful candidate will marry a deeply technical knowledge, with a people-focused vision.

This role is unique in its function and is designed to highly integrate with all other Bridewell Managed Security Service functions to promote cross team collaboration, thought leadership and continue to demonstrate expertise to our customers.
